You are welcome to use my backgrounds for your own use for whatever you wish. You are free to use them to make tags, stats, and even tutorials. You are free to cover my watermark. I only ask that you don't try to take credit for my work. Also if you are sharing them, please do not change the file name or remove my watermark. I made these backgrounds using tubes, brushes, plugin filters, and textures, in Paint shop pro X. There is a link to my 4 shared folder for those of you that need to download the backgrounds.
