These backgrounds I made using Brushes/Tubes/Textures and Patterns in PsP. You are welcome to use them to make tags and what not, just please do not change the file name or try to take credit for my work. All images are watermarked by me. For those who have to download the image, I am including the download link to my 4 shared folder. Thanks and hope someone might want to use these.
